Collection: Art Therapy

It's not about the end product. It is the experience of expressive emotional art release. Each session begins with a conversation. Using the emotions stirred up, put paint on a canvas whatever that looks like.

After your piece is dried, you can sit with the art and emotions and let it settle. When you are ready, you can destroy the painting - burn it, smash it, break it or tear it. Release the painting and the emotions surrounding it.
